Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. 

Domestic Shipping (Finland)

• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
  

European Union Shipping

• Standard delivery: 5–10 business days
  Other Locations

• 5-14 bussines days (depend on carrier and location)

Shipping carriers
We primarily use Posti and other reliable courier partners (such as DHL or UPS) depending on destination. Tracking numbers will be provided where available.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs, holidays, courier delays).

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply outside the European Union. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
